Architect — Workflow Design & Compliance Protocols

Design the automated workflows and the compliance that constrains them.

Phase Overview

The ground truth before automation.

From the revenue-gap model we design the system. Architecture at Quadline Systems means two inseparable things: the automated workflows that will execute — HIPAA-compliant email capture, scheduling sync, A2P & HIPAA-compliant SMS reminders, review requests, reactivation campaigns — and the compliance protocols that constrain them. Each workflow is purpose-built with explicit triggers, timing, and fallbacks. Compliance is not a layer added afterward — it's compiled into the design itself, with A2P 10DLC registration, HIPAA-compliant email & SMS, TCPA disclosures, privacy policies, and HIPAA-aligned safeguards specified at every touchpoint. We design for the gaps the diagnosis revealed, so the engine is reliable by construction. The deliverable is a complete, reviewable workflow architecture.

Core Activities

What this phase delivers.

01

Workflow Sequence Design

Purpose-built email, SMS, and scheduling workflows with explicit triggers, timing, and fallbacks — no opaque automation.

02

Compliance Protocol Specification

A2P 10DLC registration, TCPA disclosures, and HIPAA-aligned safeguards compiled into the design, not bolted on.

03

Integration Architecture
